LICENCE & TERMS OF USE:

JMacPhotography owns all photographs and video created and produced by our company.  What we sell is an individual licence to use the photography and/or video for the marketing and advertising of the property you have hired us to capture.  The copyrighted photos or video may ONLY be used by YOU, the purchaser, for your website, printed ads, social media, wall displays and any other advertising. The photos or video are NOT to be given to or sold to any other third parties (ie Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Stagers, Other Realtors, Magazines, Websites, Blogs, Home Owners, New agencies or ANY other Media Publications etc.  Any third party who wishes to use the photos or video for any purpose whatsoever may contact JMacPhotography to discuss purchasing a licence to also use them. 

JMacPhotography must be credited at all times for any use of the photos or video in any and all media publication worldwide, including use on the internet and social media. We vigorously protect our copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered you may be notified for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright infringement.
